Blue Valley Motel

We arrived here late on Saturday evening, we get into our room and immediately notice dead bugs all over the floor and in the bathroom. We laid down for the night and started hearing bugs buzzing around all over the ceiling. I laid down and noticed spider webs all over the back of the night stand and in the corners. The internet didn’t work whatsoever either, we tried to call both numbers and they just went to voicemail. We reached out to have a different room the next day; well we got our new room and there was still dead bugs all over the floor and in the bathroom. We were told they would come “tidy up/clean” every three days, well we are on night 7 and we asked for the room to get cleaned and the ONLY thing they did was give 1 extra roll of TP and extra towels. My first impression was that this place was decorated by dudes. For the outdoorsman, you just need a bed, shower and toilet. This place has the potential to be SO much better. Pros: comfortable bed w/ new sheets, pillows. Lots of tv channels for good tv. Fridge, microwave, and small coffee pot. Windows open. Paneling is in good shape, floors are vinyl plank=new. Staff is friendly. What it needs: better locks w/ industry standard deadbolt. More Lighting, better quality lighting. Needs deep cleaning of windows, appliances,behind appliances, floors,under bed. New tile in shower abd resurfacing tubs. Counterspace in room& bathroom. Needs new window treatments & industrial rods. Needs new faucets in sink and shower. Needs deep cleaning. Howdy, Very friendly and nice to work with and stay there

We walked into out room and walked right back out... after waiting 40min to get into it. After driving 4hrs with a baby we called the motel to get a key or code to get into our room to relax just to have it go to voice-mail, we then called the alternative number that the voice-mail suggested just to have that also go to voice-mail. Many calls later we received a text message from Tasha with the code to our room. We opened the door and I told my husband we can't stay here; there were dead bugs across the floor and on one of the beds, there was no water in the toilet, hair and dead bugs in the shower, stains on the beds, honestly the nicest thing in the room was probably the mini fridge. Beggars can't be choosers but for one of the more expensive places to stay in the area we were expecting

Shower was hot , cable tv ,and air conditioning worked
