Blue Spruce Inn & Suites

We stayed 1 night in a 2 double bed room. The room was a nice large size. The beds & pillows were pretty comfy. The room & bathroom were very clean. Had basic supplies like coffee & pods. Plenty of towels. The office people were very nice. There’s a great area behind the Inn to walk our dogs & throw the ball. We got bbq from across the street & the dollar general was next door as well. It was nicely lit at night & we felt safe. Only wish the room had a microwave & safe. The road it’s on is busy but didn’t keep us up at night. We’d definitely stay here again.

What a lovely surprise! Our room was huge and clean, albeit a bit dated. Only down side, there was a bit of a musty smell upon entering. The room It had so many amenities and lovely little touches. The towels were ample , fluffy, and washcloths were folded into flowers...cute. There were plenty of toiletries. The main bedroom had a fridge, coffee maker, and air cleaner. The tv, cable, and wifi were good. The property was obviously well cared for and in a nice quiet location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The price was amazing.

Great find. The price was very reasonable for a large room with pillow top mattress. The bathroom was spotless and large. In room refrigerator. Coffee maker with pods. Office area has business suite with kitchen and sitting area. |Across the street is a great fruit stand with a large variety of apples, maple syrup, honey, vegetable in season and pastries. |I’d stay here again. |No breakfast.

Simple yes, but other words like uncomplicated, quiet, familiar... are fitting. The proprietor is kind, respectful, and authentic. The rooms are clean and well appointed, unfettered by gadgets, by soul starved technological "advancements", and chrome, granite, and black laquer that has transformed an overnight stay into the slick, sleek promotion of a shallow, one dimensional "new construction" cultural decline. I felt safe. I slept soundly. The bathtub was spacious. The bed linens were crisp and comfortable. The water was hot. When I awoke I wanted to stay another night. But couldn't.

We stayed in this inn due to it’s location to several national sites we wanted to visit on our trip to the Catskills. It was easy check in/check out, very clean, and comfortable
