Blue Springs Ranch

They are at the top of the dollar at the value you get. Unit was relatively clean except out bed linens didn't appear to have been changed in the cabin we rented. Front desk was friendly and helpful and gave us a clean set of sheets. Considering the price we gave for the price we gave for them. No toaster, the oven didn't work properly & refrigerator took over night to cool off. Cooking utensils were limited. Again Considering the price we gave for our cabin. We should have had better amenities. Pound for pound we don't think we got what we paid for. We spent almost $1000 on 2/10 men rafts and saw others significantly less. As for a value dollar spent we would Not recommend it.

Haven't been recently, but we started going over 20 yrs ago and have nothing but good memories!! Anniversary was Dec 31st, we enjoyed over 5 of them at BSR. It came a bad winter storm one year and the fireplace was wonderful. That was the year we had our 3 children with us. Grandparents couldn't watch them because of the storm. Got over 14" overnight....... It was a winter wonderland!

The grounds are well kept, but the road that leads to the campgrounds are awful. The cost to stay in a full hook up RV spot is great until you find out you have to pay $15 per visitor that visits the site you already paid for. We live out of state and thought this would be a great place to camp near family and gather for a cookout/visit. Unfortunately that plan was ruined with additional ridiculous fees. We couldn’t even explore the resort in our “registered” vehicle without being hunted down by “Ron” the security guard. Sadly, we won’t be back. The “day pass” fees when all the amenities are closed was just too much and not aligned with how any other campground in the area operates.

Stayed in a very nice cabin. It was nicer than many travel lodgings I have had. We did the 5 mile float with kayaks and a couple rafts. The water flowed just fast enough to keep the rafts moving at a decent pace. There was enough width to the river so that it did not seem crowded at all. It is a very easy float if you are new to it or you just want to relax for the day. I have stayed at Blue Springs Ranch a few times and never had a complaint.

I celebrated my bachelorette party this past weekend at Cabin 21! I would highly recommend! Private Pool- My ladies and I did not have to leave the cabin all weekend! 2 refrigerators! 1 for food and 1 for drinks! This was absolutely perfect for a group of people! Can't wait to celebrate my wedding here next month!
