Blue Sky I-35 RV Park

This was our least favorite rv park in the entire state, on our Texas road trip. First of all it is not in Waco and you have a bit of a drive into Waco. The office was "closed" for the length of our trip so all you could do was try to call the number to get a response. The laundry room and washers were dirty, there are no trees on the front sites that or for short term stays. The pool doesn't open until May. It is right on the Interstate so hence the traffic noise and opposite the highway is an active railroad track. The golf facility is non-existent. I did not really feel safe walking the dog there and avoided the long term rental area because of this. We just stayed here for the past two months. We love it here! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help with anything you may throw at them. Brittany in the office is always so kind with a big smile on her face. The showers and restrooms were always clean and the park always looks well taken care of!!! Thank yall for making us feel so welcome and for yall yor hard work!!!! We will miss you guys!!!

This RV Park was easy to access, and check-in was quick and courteous. The roads and sites are not easy to identify, with site numbers hard to see and the roads without signs. The sites in the part of the park we were in for one night could use some repair and upkeep. The sites are also pretty close together. I didn't see much of the park, we were only there for one night so other parts might be taken care of a bit better. Our site was a dirt/gravel pull through that was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to be there longer than that. The water is hard so soap doesn't wash off quickly. There is a lot more park than what I saw so this review is just for the small areas I observed driving to the site and setting up. Staff is very nice and helpful. As I am first rv owner wasn't sure what to expect but they were more than eager to answer all my questions. Park is clean and very well kept. Showers and laundry room are clean and well maintained. Have not experienced the pool yet but it looks very nice and clean. I will be looking forward to using the pool next summer. Gym is air conditioned. Walking paths are maintained for outdoor walks. Outdoor gym equipment available as well. Dog parks are large enough for your fur baby to run off some energy. They have a catch and release fishing pond at the back of the property. Wifi works really well. Very happy with my decision to call this home.

Stayed for 3 months while on a work contract in Waco. The sites are quite small, and the noise of the highway is loud if parked in the front of the park, but we still enjoyed our stay very much. The girls in the front office are very nice and accommodating. We loved the walking trails, goats, fishing, and gym plus the laundry facilities are very nice! Overall a great value and would stay here again!
