Rent is $400 / month with water and electricity included. On-site laundry. Freeway noise is minimal. Train on other side of I-35 blows horn but we sleep with a rain app blaring all night long. Gas and taco shop 1 minute away. Best price for RV Parks in area.
Nice, convenient spot to stay…long or short term! Close to fishing, hunting, working or shopping-all for a very reasonable price!! Very clean and safe laundry area which is a great perk not found everywhere.
Quaint RV park, free laundry to those who park their RV there. The grounds are clean. Free water, hookups. Free wi fi.

A nice place to park with some amazing views. The 6 washer and dryers are a nice feature and allow you to get that dreaded chore done quick!
