I found this treasure in the country for a first and one-day visit and loved it! There is a large deck for sunning, a chlorinated pond with a sand beach, a small indoor hot tub, a stocked clubhouse with food and beverages on the honor system and wifi and TV, and many available activities.|Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. i look forward to returning shortly for a one week stay in one of their motel units. |A brief background check is required and recommend that you do so in advance.|Bring a towel and your sunglasses and leave your clothes behind and live life open and free the way it is meant to be.|Dogs are welcome many places,

I was passing through avoiding Chicago traffic.|I wanted a new experience.|I told my wife I was going to spend the night at a nude campground.|“Have a great time”, was all she said.|Having been a “Home Nudist” and lovers of nude hot springs out west, I wasn’t sure what to expect.|This is a Nude Resort, not Clothing Optional. Do I take my clothes if before I check in? At my campsite? I was overthinking again.|Irma(?) checked me in and brought me to my campsite. I hopped out of my Jeep and stripped down. I was home. It wasn’t very crowded as it was before Memorial Day but the guests that were there were extremely nice and friendly. I was told about some other nude campgrounds closer to home. |I will definitely be back.

Had my very first ever resort/campground experience today. Let me tell you, It could not have possibly been any better. Everyone I talked to were some of the friendliest most welcoming people I've ever met in my life. If you're thinking about it, just do it. I promise you won't regret it here. You get a personal tour, and before the tour is over you've already forgotten you're not wearing clothes. After spending about 6 hours there, putting clothes on was 10 times harder than taking them off. 100% will be back again, and again, and again.

I've wanted to try Blue Lake since I found out about it, over twenty years ago. My life situation changed recently, and I decided it was time to finally go. ||First, I inquired as to their policy regarding unattached males. To my relief and delight, I was told I was welcome, as long as I followed the rules and was respectful. That wouldn't be a problem.||As soon as I got there and in the required attire, I was home. I was made to feel welcome right away and I couldn't wait to get back. So, I was there early the next morning and stayed until after dark. I even became a member, even though there was only three weeks left in the season. I've since more than paid for my membership, and there are two weekends yet to go.||I will be joining again next season.

So friendly, apprehensions about how I would be received as a single male. I was well accepted. Very clean and well organized resort, room, grounds, etc. I can't wait to go back! I liked the discreet name of Blue Lake and it being AANR. Other things to do in the area if I really wanted to get dressed! Lol
