Very nice and quiet. The people are very friendly. Plus you camp all year round. Summer time have some amazing sunsets

Probably the most expensive, beat up place, with a nasty river overflow, they call a pond??!! There are no amenities, and you're lucky to get a spot in the dumpster??!! I would highly recommend, anywhere else!!

Spent 5 months here. Best campground in the area all it needs is a clean laundry room, cable and internet!

It was our first time here. The owner/manager was very nice and accommodating over the phone. This was an old mobile home park with the sewer and water hookups at the rear of the sites. It was really hard to find the sewer and water on our site as they were covered by lots of leaves. The water hookups are below ground and I fell into the hole as there was no hard cover over it, just leaves. The sewer pipe was in such bad shape, we didn't dare try to use it. The electric hookup was next to the cement patio, low to the ground. The neighbors around us that we saw were very nice. There were a lot of full-time rvers here. There was a party going on just a few sites down from us and they were noisy, but when 10pm came, they were quiet. Not sure if it was because of the time or if police were cal
