Black River Campsite

We stopped here as we was traveling from Georgia to Colorado. Host was great met us at check in. He does have a self check in also. Multiple sites some with hookups We were in a van camper and parked next to the field. Had a clean restroom and shower available. There’s walking trails a pond it was very inviting. Easy to get to from 20. Turnec onto a gravel driveway then turned right at first turn off. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Will defiantly stay again if I am in the area. Thanks for a great visit

The service at this spot is amazing! Scott was so attentive and helpful, even as we arrived later in the evening he was proactive in reaching out to make sure we were supported in finding the place as it could be hard to find. Road in was a little rough and fine for us but if it was after a hard rain it might be a little more challenging.

Nice quiet place off the beaten path. Hot shower and clean toilet. The path to get there is a bit bumpy, but Scott was very friendly and helped us get to our spot no problem. Would stay again!

What a gem of a campsite! Beautiful forest, the host was very friendly and professional, and made me feel very welcome. Easy access just a few minutes from the freeway. I will definitely be back!

We stayed 1 night in our “Grand Adventure” (my mother ,80 yo, and I,) from Las Vegas to the Atlantic (Jacksonville FL). Amazing site! So quiet, easy access ! Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Scott!
