Spiders , Roaches and Asp. Spiders in the shower and the porch. Huge tree roaches inside. There Was an ASP in the bed with my son & 1 by the bed There was one in the bed with me this morning !! They do not do refunds! I can not sleep in these conditions and I gotta rest for work. These Asp in our bed have taken the cake shock wise I’m mortified. They sting you bad!!! I’m afraid to turn off the lights and fall asleep. Update : I went to sleep and woke up to another ASP in the bed with me, now I’m itchy and stings all over. I have photos.

My wife and I both visited this property and were told that we could pay every 2 weeks and upon trying to move in they said they wanted monthly they are very rude when you call there is one nice lady that we spoke with but everyone else is extremely rude and I would stay very far away from this place as they do not keep the promises that they said they would I would not recommend to anyone ever

Stayed for the weekend and these are cozy efficiency cabins just for a temporary stay. Internet available and very cold ac! Fished locally and had a great weekend with family and friends.

Cozy and nice. Always well maintained. Had issues with cable but they are always quick to respond. Duck pond, picnic area and grilling area are a plus!!..would definitely recommend!
