I stayed at another Nebraska State Park in the western side, and paid more for a crappy site with no water than I did here for a flat hookup site inside a State Park with many activities, hiking trails, playground, dog park, etc. The staff at the visitor center were helpful and extremely friendly. I purchased a cord of wood, and it had a fabric handle. The attention to detail and cleanliness of this campground beats every other I’ve stayed at in 15 states. Highly recommend!
Full hook ups,clean level sites. Beautiful location,great dog run dog park. Lots of walking biking trails . There are cabins and bungalows on-site location to rent too.
We lived in Lincoln 25 years ago. We are excited to ride the Platte River State Park bike trails and see how they’ve changed! Friendly staff! Plenty of space between spots! Very good bathroom facilities with showers! Great kids park! Looking forward to hitting the Mt bike trails tomorrow!
Nice level paved full hook up spots with good water pressure. Small playground on site and other very nice newer ones within walking distance in Platte River State Park.
