Bisbee Grand Hotel

Love this hotel!! They were able to see us kind of last minute and get our room ready within a few hours! They have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa as well as some cute board games. The rooms are spacious and worth the price. We’ve found our yearly staycation destination. :)

Facility is decrepit. Bartender checkin pathetic. Waited for drinks to be made and served. No heat for 8 hours. No staff available to get blankets or monitor guest smoking in nonsmoking property. 23 step stairway to get to rooms. No help with bags. Beds are terrible and sqeaky. No parking. No breakfast available. Rooms barren and minimalist. Misrepresented online. Not quiet. Bar noise terrible ear plugs in room. Hear every guest in adjoining rooms and hallway. Black drape on window to hide alley view. We were scammed with dishonest hotel description. I resent treatment.

It smells, the carpets scare me(wear socks), no amenities at all for this price and worst of all, NO one talks about how loud the band is downstairs! Don't plan on getting any rest before midnight. We thought it was going to be a nice romantic evening...I just wanted to leave and would have if we didn't pay a fortune for the room.

This hotel is not as good as it used to be. My husband, sister in law and I stayed here for two nights in October. We had last stayed here about ten years ago, and this was probably our third or fourth visit over the past 25 years. The hotel has a fantastic location allowing guests to walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Bisbee. ||As usual, we booked the Captains Suite. This suite occupies an old street level storefront two doors down from the hotel’s bar. The bar serves as the hotel checkin and lobby. ||(More than ten years ago there was at least one other street level suite, a cowboy-themed suite.
