Birches Motel

Super adorable place especially if your main priority is to explore the town and need a place to sleep. The breakfast sandwiches were perfect for on the go, the room was clean and simple. The only minor inconvenient I'd have is how small the shower was. Every time I called for any info, the gentleman answered promptly and provided any answers I needed. The mattress was amazing, the comforter was super fluffy. We loved how close it was to drive to Broadway Street, it was a few miles away from Walmart and next to Dunkin and CVS. Would 100% come back here again and would recommend to anyone else.

I met friends at this motel..my room was very nicely laid out. Large for one person and on the quiet side of the building. Main road gets noisy. Very convenient to Saratoga, CVS, a Liquor store Stewart’s and a diner. ||New owners…I believe 4-6 months. They were very friendly but we didn’t see them that much.||Thermostat could not be adjusted…could not be raised above 68 and wardrobe was covering it. Not used to staying at a place where you don’t have control over the heat. Would suggest having a small heater in the room. ||Picture showed a microwave but that was not exhausted. Refrigerator was a good size. ||Deadbolt did not work and closet door and bathroom door could not be shut all the way. this place was amazing! the rooms look exactly like the pictures and everything was super clean. The rooms offer AC, which was perfect for our visit this time of year. The staff were kind and very open in their communication. Would definitely visit again!

Stayed for 3 Nights. Room had a horrible smoky smell for our whole stay. We opened windows and used the fan to no avail. Breakfast is a sandwich & coffee you can get from a nearby deli. Egg and cheese in a roll. Coffee was weak. Pretty poor all around. Shower and bathroom had next to no water pressure. No extra pillows in the lobby area. I can’t in good conscience recommend this place.

Quaint, charming alternative to the big chains. If you are expecting concierge service, this isn’t for you, however, the rooms were clean, they had digital entry, and the manager was more than accommodating. You also get a voucher for a breakfast sandwich at the diner next door. We didn’t use it but instead had other delicious food. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean with shower products. It was a fine stay and would definitely recommend!
