The monthly price was reasonable for almost two months. I was not prepared to ONLY have at Best about 2-minutes of hot water at very low flow or barely on. Attempted to have an intelligent conversation with property manager Cynthia, who offered to prorate received rent and allow a lease break.

The owner of the park was the worst I've ever had to deal with lies on top of lies saying things were as they say. The word, but when we looked things were broken. Damaged and not looking to the way they're supposed to. She's also very crude and mcynthia. Watson is, however, the property manager was better than the owner. I will never move here again. Thank God, I move. And it smells funny

Very safe place to live as Cynthia and Jimmy look out for us. Very prompt getting things fixed. For me it was good for money. The only thing is before getting there , there are confusing roads which can lead to accidents. If you are careful you should be fine. Cynthia and Jimmy were great to me. Neighbors were quiet. I enjoyed walking around the area as well. It didn’t allow me to score 4.5, thus the 4 score.

I DO NOT recommend renting from this place!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. They lied to us and cheated us and would go into our rental when we weren't there. When we moved in with our infant grandson, we were promised a trailer house that would be ready in 2 months. It took much longer. My husband did electrical work for them and was cheated out of some of his pay he was promised. When the trailer finally had electric, I took my infant grandson over there in the heat (until I finally bought my own a.c. unit) to clean the trailer for them and spent my own money on fixing things wrong with the place. In return, we received an eviction notice for "illegally squatting in the trailer" we weren't living there, we were just there cleaning and fixing it up so it was livable when we co

Currently staying here at the moment. The best thing I can say about this place is that it's super quiet and peaceful. You don't have to worry about loud neighbors because you're in your own RV and I've never heard anyone here be excessively loud. Utilities are included, plenty of space for parking, and it's very affordable. There's a dollar store less than a mile away that even has some produce. This place has easy access to the main road and traffic really isn't an issue. The owner and maintenance man are quick to fix any issues on the property. I'd reccomend this place to any traveler looking for a temporary place to stay.
