Dump operated by a crusty skank and a hen pecked dim wit in need of whatever the opposite of a lobotomy is. Do not stay here if you have kids. Rooms are sticky. Known for gouging fire fighters during fire season for profit. Backwards town, drink bottled water while here. Very possible there's something in the water that is making people in happy camp stunted.

The room was unacceptable—there were beer cans, open hot sauce containers on the counters, and cobwebs everywhere. The pictures of the cabins online are outdated and misleading. Additionally, there was no one in the office to assist us in getting a different room, and our request for a refund was denied. This place is a complete waste of time and money if you’re seeking a comfortable stay.

Well unfortunately I can't base my rating on having stayed at these accommodations but I have had a lengthy conversation with the lady that runs the place over the phone from Arizona and found her to be very courteous and helpful and friendly and professional and I'm excited to hopefully stay there when I come out in may. I'm looking for extended stay which we spoke about on the phone and looking forward to meeting more people like her during my time there. I've done all the research that I can over the internet and it certainly seems like a good fit for me and I'm very picky about where I live and the people I live around. You folks can be expecting a phone call from me any day to make reservations for my 12-ft pull-behind trailer and me

I booked this accommodation around 3 PM, and only after 5 PM did the host inform me that they had overbooked and offered me a completely different room—not what I reserved. When I arrived around 6:30 PM, the host literally yelled at me like a lunatic, claiming there were no rooms left, without giving me a chance to speak or explain. The situation was absurd and shocking. As a result, I was left without a place to stay and didn’t find a hotel until after 10 PM. Blaming your guests for your own overbooking mistake — and implying they don’t speak English — is unacceptable and says a lot more about you than about me . To make things worse, I contacted the host for a refund and received no response. I also reached out to the platform, and they said the host refused to issue a refund. This is c
