Big Five Mobile Home & RV Park-Donn Liva

I have resided in this park for almost 3 years. Bob the owner has always been very helpful when problems arise; although he mainly leaves problems to be solved by Judi, the park manager. Judi is so helpful to everyone who is in need. I love the environment and quaintness here. There are a lot of nice people who live here. But because of the handful of nasty people who also live here, it becomes quite challenging at times. Nasty gossip, etc. To me they do not exist, so I am very happy living here and have made some great friends!

Big 5 mobile home park is a great place, except for exceptions of a few persons in the park. they lived here so long and think that they own the park. I've been here for a little over a year, and I'm sick and tired Tim trying to tear this park down! They put down the management and ownership, and now Tim has tried to get this park shutdown.( where would everyone go?) Tim has no respect for the management or the ownes of this property, and the management and the owner have gone out of their way for everyone in this park it's unfair! If you don't like it here move! I have property in other states. If you get yourself and others evicted. Are you going to buy a piece of property for yourself and your fellow friends? How are you going to feel if they get evicted? and thank you for causing all o

The apsolute worst place ever. Currently manegment is telling me I can't come on property to visit my father. Due to all false rumors. I will be obtaining legal representation and taking them to court! Don't ever think about renting here! Judy the manager thinks she runs a Gestapo absolute rudest person ever. You're pretty without eviction if I come to visit you what kind of people are you to tell a person you cannot visit his father utterly sickening

Bittersweet day saying our hellos and goodbyes! Beautiful, quiet and clean neighborhood. Great place to relax, visit and unwind.

I have been attacked personally on this web site and feel I have the right to reply ! I have never tried to get Big 5 MHP closed, the rent has not been increased because of me, even the owner has told me that ! WE are illegally being charged for our electrical service and I will keep fighting to get that corrected ! Sounds like a few people do NOT like living here and as it has been said before....if you don't like it here....MOVE OUT ! BTW, the person that wrote about me is just mad because I complained about him driving through here with his radio so loud that I can not hear my TV and I am not the only one to complain about him and his radio being to loud !
