Best Western Woodland Hills Inn

I had to stay here the other night unexpectedly and was very pleased with the level of service I received. It was a very stressful evening but the staff could see that I was having a rough night and made check in very simple for me and I got to my room quickly. I appreciated their help and efficiency so much. The breakfast in the morning wasn't great by any means but wasn't a big deal for me at all. I just appreciated the convenience and the help they provided. Would most definitely stay again

On day one, I noticed two ducks in the pool and notified the front desk. The pool continued to have duck poop in it and it wasn’t taken care of after 3 complaints. I was there for 4 days hoping to use the pool. The hot tub was luke warm. I was very disappointed in this hotel!

What terrible customer service. I find it disrespectful not to let an elderly person use the restroom when they need to. How can they do this? And especially that gentleman who serves all the tourists, What's wrong with that receptionist???? How can he talk like that???? They had a terrible experience at such a large and luxurious hotel. I find this very shameful. The United States is a country where injustice is often overlooked. What an incomprehensible hotel. Don't go to this hotel in LA. Terrible service. 1 star.

We were happy with the value and quality provided by the hotel. The room itself was clean, and the bed proved to be very comfortable, ensuring great rest after long days of sightseeing. We also greatly appreciated the practical amenities, especially the free parking, which is a huge bonus in the Los Angeles area. The hotel’s location is a significant strength. Being directly across the street from a shopping center housing both a Ralphs and a Sprouts made quick grocery runs incredibly convenient.
