Best Western West Lebanon- Hanover Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and I really enjoy this place! I travel a little for business and I’d have to say this is my favorite place to stay. Rooms are always very clean, staff here are super friendly. There’s always extra pillows in the closet and that’s a plus for me! The TV always works in each room I have stayed in and they do have Netflix…I have never had any problems with the TV here so I don’t know what all these other reviewers are talking about unless they have issues learning how to use a remote…but to each their own I guess. 🤷‍♀️ Thank you Best Western for awesome rooms and a comfortable place to relax!

I've been up to Lebanon a couple times for work now and compared to the Comfort Inn and Quality Inn, this is my favorite out of the three I've been too. Better mattresses, better breakfast +the shampo/conditioner/body washes are surprisingly decent. The people at the counter have always been efficient, kind and polite note: the hallways *do* smell like dog shampoo for some reason, it has to be the cleaner they use, not really a complaint bc it smells clean but it's just kinda funny lol

Bed was so comfortable. Very clean room!!

Room was a little small, but nice, clean and quiet. It's in a good area too. Breakfast is good there. They don't rush to close it up afterwards as they allow for latecomers.
