The room was awesome, breakfast was great. Was treated like family. Had to stay here because car broke down. Couldn't have been nicer. Erica and Emily went the extra mile to take care of us!
We had a wonderful stay here over Valentines day! super clean room, we had a jacuzzi suite and it was wonderful. They put a dehumidifier in the room, which is brilliant! Loved the breakfast too. Just a great stay!
Positive: The friendly staff, a great breakfast, clean room and good air quality. The electronic shade was fun! Negative: I would love to see more focus on environmental sustainability, e.g. compostable plates, bowls, cups and flatware (please, not styrofoam), and large multiuse shampoo, conditioner and lotion containers.
Beware one star reviews obviously written because the author was denied a "partial refund" for all of their "emotional trauma" over a hotel room they remained in for the full period of their stay as opposed to requesting a refund and moving to more suitable lodgings. Nuff said? Our 3 day experience was very pleasant. Nice large, clean rooms and pleasant helpful staff. The hotel is rated 3 Stars, yet I've been in other 3 Star hotels that can't hold a candle to this one. I would rate it a 4 Star Hotel with a 5 Star Customer Rating. We would happily stay there again.
Wonderful, clean hotel, clean room. Delicious and varied breakfast. I'd be happy to stay again.
