Best Western Route 66 Glendora Inn

Positive: The location was nice. Negative: It's in need of remodeling. Had a singing toilet. The entire facilities are in need of a makeover. Did not like the small pillows.

Quiet location with spacious rooms, high ceilings and hot breakfast buffet. Clean amenities. Only downside was they weren’t able to connect our stay to our BW Rewards account. They couldn’t figure out why, might be site-specific. Call ahead or make your reservation online

This is a nice hotel with even nicer staff. Stayed here the night before Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are bigger than your typical hotel room. The bathroom had ample space as well. I didn't like the bed, it was hard as a rock. The breakfast was also lacking, not the typical BW breakfast that I am accustomed to. Upside, plenty of parking.

The hotel was nice enough and the location was good to where we needed to go. My only complaint is I get the sense the ownership does not want to spend an extra penny more for guests if they don’t have to. The breakfast was ok if you like lots of carbs and no eggs. The coffee was actually almost undrinkable. Simple things like this would make travelers feel welcomed but that is not to be so here.

WARNING THIS HOTEL IS A RIP-OFF!!! We stayed here overnight and they indicated it was Pet Friendly- never told us about a $25 per pet charge, making it a total of $50. We had to go pick up our pups making it a 4 hour total length of time that my pups actually stayed in the hotel and still ended up charging us the Pet Fee of $50, absolutely unacceptable. Also there are signs all over the hotel charging you for the use of everything, for example the use of the luggage cart or if you leave the cart in the hallway, or take the cart into your room all of these have extra charges attached to them- and all of these seem to be something that a hotel should provide as a friendly convenience and as a way to make an effort to have good customer service and this hotel seems to be using all of these ch
