Best Western Rory & Ryan Inns

We never ended up staying here due to unexpected car trouble, but the customer service was so shockingly poor that it still warrants a review. We had a reservation while driving from Bend when our car broke down around 9pm. Stranded and on a limited budget, we called the front desk to ask if there was any possibility of a refund or credit. What we got instead was rudeness, zero empathy, and ultimately having the phone hung up on us. Hoping that was a one-off, I called the next day to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad: dismissive, uncaring, and completely uninterested in helping or retaining customers. I understand hotels have policies. This place is totally worth spending a little extra than some other cheap or moderate hotels in town. One of the better pool and hot tub areas. Also the breakfast had many options which was great. Room was clean before was comfortable. Whenever I'm in burns this is where we stay

Positive: My family and I love this hotel its a great mid point for our travels. Very convenient amenities, cleanliness, great customer service. Negative: The bathroom we had definitely could have used some fixing but nothing that prevented is from utilizing it.

Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Very nice pool area. Only complaint is the noisy fan in the bathroom that is connected to the light switch.

We did not stay at this location, but regardless I interacted with staff which warrants a review. After traveling for 6 hours my family and I stopped at the gas station across the way and tried letting our dogs out to go to the bathroom only to discover the ground littered with thorns. We saw this Best Western and didn’t think it would matter much to let our dogs out there (on a leash and we picked up after them) and quickly change the baby. We were there for maybe 15 minutes total, being respectful and quiet. As we were getting ready to leave and quite literally in the process of putting the dogs back in the car we were rudely greeted by a member of staff telling us we had to leave immediately since we were not guest, and that they were not pet friendly period and if we need grass to go t
