Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and our room was very spacious. We had a 2 queen room and it was large enough to comfortably fit a pack and play for our baby with plenty of room left for her to crawl and play. The a/c worked great, and there were lots of lighting options in the room. ||Something to note for parents: the bathrooms only have showers, so if you’re traveling with small children, plan accordingly. Also, the room doors close with a lot of force, so be careful with little fingers!||The beds were a bit soft for our personal preference, but not uncomfortable, and certainly not a deal breaker. Breakfast were instant eggs (GROSS). Room was not cleaned after I asked 3 times. Towels not replaced .Pool and hot tub smelled bleachy!!!

We just stayed at the Best Western in Keizer, OR. At 10:20pm, we returned to our room after attending my son’s college baseball games and taking him out to dinner. There were ants all over the counter with the coffee maker, along the front of that cabinet and along the floor in that area. We called front desk and she brought us spic and span spray and a towel. She was going to make us spray them, but then she finally did it. Only in that one area. She said that we probably left food in the room, and that is why we had ants. (We only brought in suitcases when we checked in. We didn’t have any food with us.) She said that the hotel was full and she couldn’t change us rooms, but to speak to manager in the morning. We didn’t get much sleep as we were concerned about the ants being elsewhere

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The TV is nice and big. Just love it but the biggest thing for me was Brandy and Mandy. Our girls at the front desk. Brandy came down to my room and showed me how to use the remote I’m 70 years old and not too good with new remote. I had to call Brandy several times at night for different issues. She was wonderful about it. I get up in the morning and I can’t remember how to use the remote so Mandy came down and showed me how to use it. She also was amazing. I’ve called her for silly questions this morning and she was happy to answer Them. Oh my goodness I’m funny. I enjoyed my stay. Had my wedding blocks here and all went well without a hitch. They also have a HUGE Ballroom you can rent out. The whole room or you can rent just a portion of it. Mandy worked well with my mother and she expressed how great a job she did answering her questions. And we had new ones every week leading up to my wedding. Lets not forget the amazing breakfast choices. The beds....(Best part in my opinion) They are dog friendly. All of the staff did a great job and made my guests feel welcome and at ease.
