Best Western Pontiac Inn

This is the second or third time I have stayed here - every time the family staff is so warm and kind. They meticulously maintain the facility. I visit Pontiac often to visit family, and have now switched to only staying here. Rooms are very good - and price is always reasonable (it seems like one other specific Pontiac hotel by the interstate mysteriously has room prices 40-50% higher, even when there are no events in town, and even when the parking lot is 2/3 empty). Thank you best western Pontiac team!

Not too bad a place . Wish they would honor suite upgrades especially for your Diamond Select members. We’ve achieved that status by being loyal to the brand. I guess some properties don’t appreciate that. Remember we continue to give our loyalty even when it’s a slow season . Don’t worry about me going forward I remember properties that take care of their members . Have a great New Year !!

The evening desk person was extremely difficult to understand. Very broken English. The morning person was 100% better and very friendly. Our room, was at the far end of the hallway, right by the exit door, which would have been fine, except it reeked of cigarette smoke ALL night and diesel fuel ALL morning! Our clothes smelled of both when we left.

I really liked the best western. It is a little out of town but there are restaurants and facilities close by. A short drive gets you in to town. Pontiac is great and prices so much lower than the bigger cities like Chicago.

Don’t expect a suite upgrade if you’re a Diamond Select Member. Front desk agent was very nice . Called manager requesting she give me the upgrade and was denied!! I always remember how properties like this treat their most loyal members. I’ll never return here or recommend this property. The hotel was also barely occupied as well. Thank for nothing Best Western of Pontiac !!
