Best Western Plus Waco North

Stayed here one night. They honored my request for a first floor room. We had a suite with a separate bedroom. Nice set up. Hotel and room were very clean. Definitely not a new hotel but very well kept. The bed was comfortable, great shower. |Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, etc. |Front desk personnel were all very friendly and helpful. |Would stay again.

We stayed here because of the great reviews about the breakfast, and it did not disappoint. Ms Karen offers great service & food. Eggs, sausage and potatoes every morning along with the standard continental items plus Texas sized (& shaped) waffles! They were undergoing renovations to the roof our first day there, but the hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The AC in our room struggled, but then again it was August in TX, so we were just happy to be out of the heat. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We stayed here while traveling between Texas and Ohio. The rooms were spotless and the service was impeccable. I would recommend this place.

Positive: "" Negative: lost an entire night, no refund. The breakfast was horrible. I was locked out of my room repeatedly for the first two nights until I finally asked for a new room because of the key... Horrible!

Nice place. I'm definitely staying here again if I'm stopping in the area. I hope nothing changes, I like it just the way it is. Clean room, really good condition, friendly staff.
