Best Western Plus Ticonderoga Inn & Suites

This motel is surprisingly above average nice for a chain property. Common areas and our room were clean, staff is friendly, and the amenities (ie pool and hot tub) were not tired and worn. ||What keeps this location from earning 4 stars that is the breakfast really sucks, and the bed was slightly too firm. If a motel breakfast matters, look elsewhere. for everything else, it's a great place to stay.

Centrally located five minutes from the heart of Ticonderoga. Clean, comfortable room and bed, quiet, excellent pool and hot tub, plenty of hot water and plenty of shower pressure. Did not partake of the free breakfast for that you must try. Burleighs Just a five minute drive away

Location is great and room was clean. Unfortunately they continuously ran out of breakfast for the guests staying at the hotel. For $400 I would hope that I could get eggs and a piece of bread an hour before breakfast closes but not the biggest inconvenience! Staff is extremely friendly and had no other issues!

The hotel itself is clean and the staff are genuinely helpful, but the bed and pillows were shockingly bad—easily the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. Sleeping on the mattress felt like lying on plywood, and the pillows were tiny, lumpy, and completely unsupportive. To make matters worse, the hot tub was barely warm, turning what should have been a relaxing amenity into another disappointment. Wifi was very slow and there is little cell service in the area.

Love this hotel! It’s 7/10 of a mile from downtown Ticonderoga, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very helpful front desk staff, who were courteous and knowledgeable. |Tastefully decorated and clean room with all the amenities we needed. Very good breakfast including mini cheese, omelettes, sausage, and home fries the day that we were there.
