Best Western Plus Revere Inn & Suites

First of all, Google Maps shows the hotel as being right behind the restaurant which it is not. The hotel behind the restaurant is supposedly a Best Western Sure Stay. The Revere Inn & Suites hotel is up the hill a bit. The hotel is in good shape and undergoing renovation as it is a little dated. Not a big deal but, this should appear on the Best Western site. The construction crew should be instructed to park their trailers so they don't block driving up to the entrance. There is NO full breakfast as advertised on the Best Western site. In fact, it is somewhat less than even a continental breakfast. The yogurt machine with toppings was there but inoperative/empty. The night staff is very friendly and helpful. Great hideaway hotel tucked just far enough away from the busy tourist area to feel secluded and peaceful! Wonderful staff, great views, perfect location! The newly renovated rooms are a knockout for sure!

This hotel was very nice for it's value. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When our other hotel fell through, the staff were able to get us a room right on the spot. The rooms were surprisingly clean but a bit dated. The breakfast provided was amazing! The indoor pool was very clean and very well maintained. The only two things that kept me from giving this hotel a 5-Star rating were: 1) The hotel was advertised as having a pool and spa (hot tub). After checking in, we noted that the hot tub was gone. Staff revealed that a busted pipe resulted in its removal. Best Wester really need to add this back in!! 2) Compare to today's standards, this hotel felt dated. If Best Western was to give this hotel a remodel, the hotel would be absolutely perfect!

We booked the King Suite and were very happy with the space. The location was quite, the room offered space to relax after a day of site seeing. We enjoyed the kitchen space, living room with gas fireplace, large bedroom, with adjoining oversized bathroom. We were disappointed by the appearance. The room was dated and had wallpaper falling off the walls, water damage on the ceiling, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and a gas fireplace that worked on it's own schedule. Outside the room the facility was nice, a large area for breakfast, of which they had a good offering. It would have been nice to have omelettes offered on the same day they had sausage patties so a breakfast sandwich could be made. It is rather hard to make a sandwich with scrambled eggs. Even though there have been several poor reviews of this property recently, we found this hotel to be excellent! Sure, the rooms could use some updating, but they are clean, comfortable and roomy! The staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is great-close to many attractions. It’s in a peaceful area! |I highly recommend this hotel- it’s a good value!
