Best Western Plus Reading Inn & Suites

We only stayed one night and were extremely glad we chose this hotel! The staff was wonderful with our first stop at the front desk with a smiling and very congenial host. Next was our room which was very clean and comfy. And, for us older folks, the TV was easy to operate! We had a wonderful dinner at the diner next door (absolutely wonderful chicken noodle soup) and then were picked up by Lyft to see Nate Bargatze. The breakfast was wonderful and the gal taking care of the breakfast room was doing a fantastic job with lots of people coming and going. All the help we saw throughout our short stay greeted us with a smile...and I thought that was great, almost as if you only hired the smilers😊. We would certainly Mt stay here again.

Every time I visit my dad in PA I stay at the Best Western Plus as it is 12 mins away from dad. It is very convenient, breakfast is included, the rooms are clean and all staff members that I have interacted with are very accommodating. Love to use the gym and there is a Diner in the same lot as the Hotel which is also a plus.

West had a 2 night stay due to losing electricity at home and everything was wonderful. We have a golden retriever and they welcomed us with her. The rooms are very nice, clean, and cozy. Mike at the front desk helped us with everything we needed and was so nice to talk with! Definitely enjoyed our stay and willbreturn.

Positive: Room was comfortable and clean! Negative: Could have a few more guest amenities! On-site store perhaps!

I’m impressed with this BestWestern in Shillington . All ways feel welcome here as the employees are great especially Debra .I left my cell phone in the uber and she contacted my wife and had her call my cell and the driver answered her and brought it back to the hotel, this act of kindness saved me a lot of grief. Thanks Debra. I have stayed here many times in the last 3 years, the rooms are always clean and well kept with great breakfast. I feel like I am family when I stay here . Most employees at the desk have been here since I started staying here . Also thank you Kyle for making sure I have a place to stay when I come up to work at Ray Barton’s
