Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites

Our December 2025 weekend stay was disappointing from start to finish, and what stood out most was the consistently poor customer service. After a late Friday check-in to the King Suite, we found that the sofa bed was not prepared and there was no extra bedding in the room, even though we had booked for four adults. When we tried to make the bed ourselves, we discovered visible hair and food residue on the mattress cover. This resulted in multiple trips to reception late at night. The front desk staff was uninterested and dismissive, stating that housekeeping was unavailable and handing me random bedding items to sort through myself. Throughout the weekend, we repeatedly had to track down staff for basic necessities such as bedding and towels, and we observed other guests experiencing the

Positive: It served its purpose. It was an alright place to stay for one night. Negative: The room really wasn?t well cleaned. We could see oily/sweaty hand prints in a couple places on the wall and door. The air conditioning unit didn?t work properly - only the high setting worked not the low and it was super loud. Other issues as well.

I have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. The accommodations are comfortable, and the rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Housekeeping services are available upon request and perform daily rounds. The hotel features a fitness center equipped for workouts. Additionally, there is a laundry facility on the second floor with two washing machines and two dryers. Each floor is equipped with vending machines and ice machines. Complimentary parking is available for guests.

It's a bit far from the cruise port, but a good price point for an over night stay if you don't mind the Lyft or taxi cost between $45 to $65 depending on time of travel. It's about a 47 minute ride to cruise port very little traffic. A busier time maybe longer. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Room rugs could use some deep cleaning because the room was really nice but smelled like feet. In all a decent hotel for what I needed last minute.

I booked this through Delta and it was supposed to be at the airport. It was 40 minutes away after you actually find it. Then the room’s thermostat didn’t work and the sink was clogged and the faucet was dripping. After another half hour they found another room. That one had a noisy air conditioner. So if you like spending your time finding the hotel and moving to different rooms you’ll love this place
