Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall

This was the worst experience in any hotel stay for me and my family. The hotel is poorly maintained with dirty carpet floors, no curtains in rooms, no warm water in the shower, & to top it all Extremely Rude and unethical front desk. Our room did not have any curtains, so we could not sleep for the whole night due to the bright street lights coming into the room in the absence of curtains. When we complained to the hotel front desk, we were rudely told by front desk to go and look for another hotel in the middle of night!! There was Zero apology and no regret from the hotel team, the attitude from hotel was either you stay in the poorly maintained rooms lacking basic amenities or leave and look for some other hotel. Also, the hot water outlet in the shower was not working, so had to bathe

Terrible experience, spent less than an hour here before we canceled and demnded refund from booking.com. Staff is not friendly or attentive at front desk. Husband wanted a shower. No hot water. Front desk said no maintenance available until tomorrow. Hung up on my husband when he insisted we needed a room with hot water. Canceled the room and booked an Airbnb. Do not recommend.

Room card key kept failing. had get four new cards on the first day the place needs real management & some proper attention nothing clean outside. Staff seemed unconcerned about any of the issues i raised. Fine for a budget one nighters, otherwise I'd skip

Nice and confy hotel. Basic but definately value for money. Easily accessible. And very kind and service-oriented receptionists. Short drive from both the airport as the everglades, many restaurants around the corner.

Not worth!! The room smelled dusty and moldy, unfortunately we had to stay here for 4 nights since we couldn't get refund. Even if you run the A/C, it only increased the moldy smell. The bathtub had a deep pit where water was stagnant and would not run off, meaning, you always step into an 1 inch deep puddle, as you can see in the video. And you mighty be standing on dirty water after showering.
