Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites

Very disappointed with my stay at Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites. When I checked in, the room appeared like it had not been properly cleaned. The floors didn’t look vacuumed, there was dust and crumbs around the refrigerator, microwave, and under the nightstand, and there were visible spots on the furniture. Paint was chipped throughout the walls. Most concerning, there was debris next to the toilet, which raised serious sanitation concerns. The second floor, where we stayed, is currently under renovation. I understand renovations happen, but that does not excuse basic cleanliness. Regardless of construction, the room itself should have been properly cleaned and maintained. It was not. Management did send housekeeping after I complained and apologized, but the only co

Excellent stay for my short layover. I chose this hotel for its indoor swimming pool. Pool is super clean, warmed, very well maintained, and in climate controlled indoor area with natural light thru windows. Pool size is average but I owned the pool all to myself for 2 hours. Room is larger and clean. AC, linens, shower water pressure all good.

This hotel was just a layover for our cruise. For a one night stay it was decent. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great (had a nice rain shower head with great water pressure). The TV was glitchy cuz it kept turning itself on throughout the night and into the next morning. The vending machines were all sold out and didn't take a credit card. Note for cruise passengers: there is a shuttle to the terminal but it is $15 per person cash or card. We looked up the price of an Uber and it came to the same price. Other hotels in the area that we've stayed at for cruises offer free shuttles, so this was a little surprising to us. Overall, decent option for a quick night but not stellar in anyway.

We arrived at 9:30 after disembarking from NCL Jewel. We had a safe place to store and tag our luggage in a locked accessible by staff only, or staff accompanied by luggage owners. Staff were very helpful, they gave us info about hop-in , hop off room and booked a shuttle for us for Big Bus tour. Amenities include large spacious room and large bathroom with tub, As well as ironing board, iron, microwave etc. very close to airport and free shuttle booked by staff. We’d stay there again, readily. Thanks (Lou?) and her colleague for warmth, hep and hospitality

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The construction/remodel was a bit inconvenient, but I'm sure it'll be great when complete. The cruise shuttle was very disorganized, but this is a third party company. An Uber would have been more efficient and economical. Overall, the stay was good. The room was mostly remodeled and clean. And the staff was superb!
