Best Western Plus Lonoke Hotel

Very clean throughout. No bugs. Smells good in hallways. VERY THIN WALLS. Actually heard neighbors cell phone conversation that was on speaker phone! The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. Nice hot water! Breakfast was good except gravy was really watery and the hard boiled eggs were served HOT! We found a new place to stay when passing through!

The faucet in the bathroom had a horrible leak. Water went everywhere. We did report this. ||The coffee maker in the room had not been properly cleaned because it still had the pod in it from the previous occupants. We refused to use it. ||The noise level in this particular location is not stayer-friendly. There’s a lot of space around the door so when people across the hallways allow their doors to slam shut at 4 am, it woke us and our dogs. ||When we checked out, the person at the desk didn’t say good morning. She didn’t ask how our stay was. She didn’t ask if we slept well. She looked like she had just gotten out of bed. We are not used to this caliber of staff during our stays. I laid our room keys on the desk, with the room number facing up for her to see. She never looked at it or us

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was hot and good!! The beds were comfortable! The staff was helpful! Good value for your money! 100% smoke free. Great access to the interstate. There is fast food nearby and a gas station.

We had a wonderful visit! The room is amazing. Clean, spacious, felt like home, only I don't have to cook! Derrick helped us with an issue that I had caused on check-in. Sydney was also very helpful, and went above and beyond to help me, even though she was very busy. The owner, Nick, was quick to smile and very helpful. Also loved the indoor pool! Would highly recommend staying here, and we plan to do so everytime we are in the area.
