Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites

Recently stayed at the Best Western Kendall as unfortunatly my husband was admited into the hospital while on vacation in Key West and flown to Miami. The best part about this hotel is the customer service. Gabriel at the front desk was excellent and helpful. A big shout out to the manager on duty Friday January 23, 2026 - My husband was discharged and we were able to get a flight out of Miami back home to Missouri. She was so kind to waive any cancelletion penalties due to our circumstances. The hotel is clean, and has appropriate amenties. Comp breakfast has all the usual items you would expect. The yogurt machine and the condiments (frozen fruit, fresh blueberries, granola, almonds, raisens) were an added touch along with the hot oatmeal that was not "soupy". The location is

This review is for a standard king room. I had a pleasant stay. Staff was accommodating. The rooms are basic and clean. They are provide with a microwave, fridge,and coffee maker.The hotel serves hot breakfast from 6 to 10 am. They have a cappuccino and latte maker that makes Barista quality coffee drinks

Okay property, too expensive for what you get. The room and beds were nice enough. Water pressure was mediocre and no cold water in shower, only warm. Breakfast was mediocre, limited item choices. Coffee and yogurt machines were hit and miss. Our in room coffeemaker wasn't working, but they had no spares to replace it. The trash can liners are too small, they fall in when they get some content. Cheap one-ply toilet paper.

Decent location overall because of where it’s at. Comfortable mattresses, most of the guest service agents are friendly, and the stay was affordable. However, they didn’t seem to care when we mentioned our fridge was broken, which can be a problem for people who need to store medication etc. They also don’t have extra bathroom towels, which was a first. They’ll kindly give you pool towels - no big deal. But kind of weird.

Positive: Breakfast Negative: When I went to lie down and go to sleep, there was a clump of long hair on my pillow. Meaning that the pillow cases were not changed...
