Best Western Plus Inn Scotts Valley

Check in was fast and easy(3pm) and the staff working was very welcoming. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor and room was nice and clean. Hotel seems pretty clean around the property and is dog friendly. Room has a small microwave and small fridge. Parking is very tight for large vehicles.

This was a nice little 2-story motel next to a Jack-in-the-Box. We had a ground level room with two beds for a family of four. It served us well. The staff was helpful and brought us extra blankets for our granddaughter’s travel crib. The breakfast the next morning was good.

Positive: The hotel was easy to get to and it was easy to get to other places. Negative: The hotel staff did not know about the local resturants. They did not know about local events. The desk clerk brought us missing towels. Later the maid took away all the other towels. It seemed like the staff did the minimum for our stay.

Just finished our second stay here. Rooms have always been comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. The front desk has always been courteous and polite. The only downsides: the parking can be a bit tight -- and no Bible in the room.

Clean, comfortable, quaint. Everything that you want for your stay without going over the top. The property is well maintained and you can see that they pay attention to detail on your room. The young lady working at the front desk was so sweet kind and thorough. The pool looked great, kinda small..and it seemed to fill up fast with families, so we were not able to use it.
