Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport Hotel

WARNING: There is no pool here it is condemned and has been for two years. Also, when we tried to call for the shuttle to come pick my family up from the port it went straight to voicemail. We also tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one answered. We eventually settled for a taxi and paid $45 to get here. My sister in law is pregnant and has morning sickness. She threw up multiple times in the front desk restroom. We asked the front desk for early check in and they told us as soon as two rooms were available they would notify us. I'm in the lobby as I write this. It's been 4 hours and we have seen them let several people check in but not us. We also found out that we also will not be getting to use their shuttle to the air port as it is not in operation during the time fram

Positive: Location Showed had good pressure & hot waterChecked me in 1:45pm! Negative: Small(ish) sink/vanity. A/C was quite loud(may be dying)

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Your front desk agent Jenny has absolutely no place working in hospitality. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency was shocking. I booked this hotel through the app because I had stayed here before and had a good experience. This time I booked a room for a friend who had nowhere to sleep and arrived around midnight. Instead of trying to help, the front desk refused to check him in because he didn’t have a physical credit card for the deposit. My friend doesn’t speak English well, so he called me and I spoke directly with the agent. I offered multiple solutions providing my credit card over the phone or charging the card used through the booking platform. The response? “That’s our policy.

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Stayed Jan 27-26 for one night. Horrible experience! Rooms dirty and had bugs around microwave, bed head boards and on bed. It's unfortunate, as hotel staff very nice, understanding and empathetic - said they had "an ant problem" in the past. We asked for our money refunded for the one night as we would not sleep in the beds. Told to tell Best Western Customer Service about the issue to get full refund. Customer Service awful - arrogant and not willing to listen or refund us. Just pay lip service. DO NOT STAY HERE.
