Best Western Plus Covered Bridge Inn

The front desk gentleman was outstanding! Very helpful with our questions, very friendly. We were traveling with 2 dogs , and I did not have to ask, he assigned us a room on the ground for close to the exit door, and we were able to park right there. I'm very grateful for that. The room was clean, the bed nice and firm. It's a basic room and that's all we needed for the night. My only, um, observation (not a complaint), is that on arrival, our room temp was 81F! Considering it's winter, it was 4F outside at home when we left this morning, and I keep my home thermostat at 61F, *and* I'm postmenopausal, I was immediately roasting! I know this is a hugely personal thing, thus not a complaint, but my family is all laughing at me, as no one else is too hot! Lol

room was very clean, well kept. Hotel was quiet, and facilities were as expected, water was hot and plentiful. staff were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. Breakfast was good as expected from best western. Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk

Positive: Clean and well maintained. Check in fast and efficient. Decent breakfast. Negative: Get rid of the tip jar in the breakfast area. Stairway smelled of smoke/marijuana.

The room was comfortable with clean beds, hot showers, a refrigerator that actually gets cold, and a microwave in the room. I liked how the breakfast had cartons of almond milk. Staff was friendly and parking easy. Would highly recommend this location.

We only stopped for the night on our trip. The room was great and pillows were better quality than most. The person in the room above us was very noisy and kept us up most of the night. On the way out the next morning I took our dog out to prepare for the ride. Someone else had their dog off leash at the small pet relief area. The dog bounded straight for us, at our car, and did not listen to the owner calling it. I didn't see any signs about rules on pet etiquette but there definitely needs to be one.
