Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside

Bed was too firm for my liking, water pressure was equal to most other hotels which is low in my opinion. Room was very clean and during a 5 day stay they cleaned everyday. Outlets and USB ports where you want them. Staff was helpful, parking lot is ample plus a very large Truck and Bus parking area. I prefer a free breakfast which they do not offer, and tend to stay away from hotel restaurants due to prices but ate here twice and the price was reasonable for any regular restaurant, portions were sizable, and the food was great. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it. Room was well insulated for noise from neighbors and hallway but you could still hear the louder trucks on the highway nearby, but it wasn't bad and I slept fine.

We had a two day stop over before going onto Chicago city. The is a large property with ample parking front and rear. The entrance and lobby is well laid out, tidy and functional. The check in staff were very welcoming and and polite. Our room was surprisingly large, very clean with all room amenities. There is a nice bar and the cooked to order breakfast is great to kick start the day. Overall we enjoyed our short stay here before moving onto the hustle and bustle of Chicago. If in Hillside - its a good venue to stay at.

We stay at Best Westerns all the time. This one is nice. Rooms were clean, was fairly quiet.. I knew before booking that there is not a breakfast furnished, but can be purchased at the restaurant inside. I personally feel this should be included.

I love it here. Great customer service, clean affordable rooms and delicious food. Cant get any better. Al, the guy in restaurant in the evening is an amazing host. He’s polite, makes a good atmosphere and doesn’t leave anyone unattended and knows the menu (for a hotel there’s quite the selection) like the back of his hand. I AM NOT SOMEONE WHO WRITES REVIEWS EVER. I travel for work and spend months in these places. I truly love coming to the best western. Thank you Al.

Positive: Good location with easy access. Negative: Expensive for the quality. odd smell in both rooms we reserved No breakfast other than the restaurant, dripping faucets, low water pressure, not many choices of tv channels. Reserved rooms for 4 people, only had 3 towels. Room not cleaned daily.
