Best Western Pioneer

Staff was warm & welcoming. We stopped in hoping for a room. It was late & they accommodated us perfectly. The room was cozy & CLEAN! Cute place. Absolutely perfect. I wish we had an extra day there. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This was a great place to stay when splitting our drive from the Tetons to the Mt. Rushmore area. Our room was comfortable and they accommodated a last minute request to change our room from 1 King to 2 Queen size beds. The room was clean and roomy. The on-site breakfast was very good. The only real downside was there are not many choices for dinner in the town of Lusk.

Positive: I was most impressed with the staff. Every person on staff multitasks and performs a number of jobs. The women who prepare breakfast and maid service are exceptional, to say the least. The breakfasts are great, especially the omelets. Negative: I would say that a few upgrades might be made to the furnishings in the rooms.

Always a great place to stay. Clean rooms, helpful and super nice staff, WiFi is good, breakfast is great, and if you don’t have a car for whatever reason you can walk everywhere you need to go in town.

Hands down the BEST Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. My fiance is pretty sure this is his favorite hotel ever… Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The rooms smell fresh when you walk in and are very clean. What probably tops it all off is they have the best breakfast of any hotel my fiance or I have ever had. The owners are very hands on and it makes a difference. There’s not one thing I didn’t like about my stay :)
