Best Western Iowa/Lake Charles East

The room was very crisp. You could just feel how clean it was. The bed was comfortable and If I could have stolen those pillows and gotten away with stealing those pillows without getting charged. They were awesome! Just the right amount of fluffiness. Staff was very friendly especially the breakfast person named Jessica. I remember her name cause it's my name too. I stood there and talked with her for a bit about how they prepare breakfast. Breakfast was top notch . She fixed me 2 good size plates and I loved that they have tortillas as an option. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying at this property again.

One of the best best westerns I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying.|Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and kind. I don’t have a lot of expectations, but I do believe if you’re gonna be in the business, be one of the best and do it right and make your clientele feel comfortable. This best western did not disappoint. |Hannah checked me in and offered me two free bottles of water and asked me if there was anything else I needed.|Keep up the good housekeeping and kind and friendly service that speaks volumes for me.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel was remodeled a couple of years ago and still looks fresh. We arrived late in the evening and were promptly helped. When I got to my room, I noticed the shower curtain smelled rank. I called the front desk and the receptionist immediately brought a fresh curtain and happily installed it. In the morning, my family had missed the complimentary breakfast by about 10 mins. Staff saw that we were looking a bit bereft, and opened it back up for us. Very kind. After we checked out and had been on the road for an hour, my nephew realized he had left his laptop in his room. He called the front desk and they immediately found it and Fed Exed it to him within 2 hours. It was a great Best Western, but the service felt like

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone is nice. The main breakfast entree is served by a person. This is nice so no one is pawing in it. Great selection to get you going. Thanks to the staff.
