Best Western Inn & Suites - Midway Airport

I got this room here by utilizing 32,000 points. I am a diamond Best Western member and I was excited to utilize my free stay for my husband‘s birthday/Valentine’s Day present. We chose this hotel for the location, convenience and for the beautiful hot tub suite our stay was on February 16. I understand that that’s a few days after Valentine’s Day when we arrived we noticed that there was a small hair in the shower as we were attempting to cleanse ourselves before utilizing the hot tub. It was not a dealbreaker or the end of the world. However, once we started to fill the water in the Jacuzzi hot tub, we noticed there were artificial rose petals that were in the tub. During our trip to Chicago, we stayed at Best Western Inn & Suites - Burbank, and it was a great choice. The location was convenient — about a 15-minute drive to downtown, which made getting around easy. They provided complimentary breakfast every morning during our three-night stay, and there were plenty of options to choose from. It was a nice way to start each day. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying there again.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Best Western Hotel, particularly the exceptional service provided by Stephanie and Jeanette during my recent stay with my son. Their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs was truly commendable. The accommodations were immaculate, and the housekeeping staff demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. The breakfast was also exceptional, providing a delightful start to each day. Upon my return to Chicago, I am confident that I will be returning to this establishment. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but it’s affordable, family friendly, and checked off all our boxes. Rooms were comfortable and clean and a good place to lay our heads after a holiday weekend full of time spent with family. A special shout out to Brenda for the amazing hospitality and breakfast service.
