Best Western Inn of Los Gatos

Perla was very helpful and kind. She got me into a room right away, was knowledgeable about the property and neighborhood. The room is clean, the beds are comfy, there is a fan, it smells good and the bathroom is big 😊 So far I am very pleased with this hotel and the staff. I will stay here again Holly Eckstrand

We stayed here last month and it was very nice. I was concerned about traffic noise from Hwy 9, but our room faced the road and there was no traffic noise, very quiet. Staff was very nice, breakfast was better than most hotels, and the nearby Asa restaurant was really good.

Decent hotel with clean rooms and great location. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing. Skip it and grab something nearby.

This is a nice clean and quiet hotel very close to downtown Los Gatos. Breakfast for guests was free everyday. There was always a hot option: eggs and a meat or a couple of breakfast wraps. There were French toast strips everyday. Plus, there were cold cereals, fruits, yogurt, bagels, and a muffin and a Danish option. Pretty standard hotel fare. We did not use the pool. I did use the little fitness room, which was a nice perk. All the staff was VERY helpful.
