Best Western Greenfield Inn

This is a cool, pretty pink castle, hotel. We were excited to stay here. The pool was a little chilly, and the hot tub wasn't real hot. But it was nice that they had a pool and hot tub, and bonus, they have a sauna too. ||The breakfast is about the same as you get at most Best Western hotels, although they do charge an extra $5. That's ok, just add that when you are getting rates. We really enjoyed the fact that they had thick greek yogurt, instead of the sugary yogurt that comes in individual plastic containers. Also, great to see them using reusable dinner ware, instead of styrofoam plates and plastic ware ie throwaways. We've stayed here a few times and really enjoyed it but yesterday was terrible. My daughter wanted to stay here for her birthday and it will be the last time we go back. The breakfast is no longer complimentary. 5 dollars for adults and 3 dollars for kids 10 and under. It wasn't very good and not a very big selection. When we went to the pool there were atleast 10 kids in the hot tub with 2 adults that were vaping. In my daughter room her pillow and a towl had dried blood on it. Completely unacceptable. We had to stay here for a "stay-to-play" hockey tournament. I was expecting the place to be a complete dump like the last Best Western I had to stay in, but I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The property and rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping also refreshed the room both days that we were there. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again.

Positive: Clean . Nice e amenities Negative: I had booked a oversized room and just got an ordinary room, but for the price I couldnt complain. Staff at front desk were not very friendly at check-in and Noone was available when I went to ask for an extra blanket.

I've stayed here a few times and it's definitely one of the best hotels in this area. Prices are reasonable, usually fluctuating between $90 and $120 depending on the time of year. Parking is free. Staff have always been so friendly at check-in. This is an old-school hotel. Not your typical rectangle building with a lobby and two hallways going left or right. You can get lost in this place! The first floor has some pretty fun vintage car art on all the walls that could take you an hour or more to look at. There's a huge selection of snacks, drinks and other goods available in their sundry room and prices were reasonable. If you forget something, they've probably got it in their shop.
