Best Western Grande River Inn & Suites

Best Western Staff, Our stay has been spectacular. We historically stay at Marriott hotels and Embassy Suites. A few years ago we decided to stay at a Best Western Plus and were not disappointed. If there is a Best Western in the city where we are staying, we book it. Our stay here at Best Western Grande River Inn has been wonderful. First, the room was spotless and well stocked. The staff was ultra friendly and showed continuous care for us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and weren’t in need of anything. I was extra impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds. I was surprised to see someone constantly working in the courtyard, cleaning and caring for the grounds. I was impressed with the grounds. I loved the outdoor seating on the grounds as well as on the upper floor area. I liked that the hotel had a table and chair in the laundry room. The deco was so nice as well. The staff very welcoming and friendly on check-in and check-out. The shower head was great and the water pressure wonderful. Had a great night sleep.|The room was clean and spacious with two chairs at the table.|I have not see the extras that this hotel offered for the breakfast bar. Topping for oatmeal and waffles as well as tortilla for the breakfast burritos. Wonderful outdoors area with birds singing in the trees.

honestly, my husband and i were in a pinch and we needed somewhere to stop. our baby was screaming and we didn’t want to travel anymore, even though we were only halfway to our destination. i was a little worried about stopping at a best western in the middle of nowhere, but when we walked in i felt so much better! it’s clean and cute. there’s a little courtyard, so the rooms are technically outside, but all facing in. the room was nice and cozy, and breakfast was fine, as hotel breakfasts are. i was worried it’d be sketchy, but i was very pleasantly surprised! we’ll probably stick with best westerns in the future (:

Id give a 4.5 if I could. Great custom service and great location. East to get on the highway but also easy ways to get downtown Grand Junction or to Palisade. The bed was comfortable enough for our quick stay. Only slight down fall was the parking was a little crowded the night we were there and you could very much tell we were in a dog freindly room. But over all a good stay.
