Best Western Executive Inn

JFYI , from all of the best western motels/hotels from North Dakota to Wisconsin and Georgia , this is far the best, best western hotel I have stayed . The room is very clean , superb . The front desk staff are generous and extremely helpful to whatever your needs are. The cleaning staff cleaned my room every day . The bed is comfortable and that is what makes the stay better. The walk in shower is awesome and yes , the hot water takes no time to activate . Booking a motel/hotels stay here at the executive best western in Seagoville , Texas is by no means a mistake . There are plenty of good restaurants nearby here in Seagoville, Texas .

Requested 1st floor due to disabilities through the CLC app and was told by rude front desk staff they didn't get that and they have no first floor rooms. I told her there was no way I could get my stuff up stairs (no elevator) and she just stared at me. Luckily a gentleman helped me with my bags. Upon getting into room. A/C unit wouldn't come on, and I tried everything including making sure it was plugged in. Desk clerk came up and messed with it and it did come on. Fast forward 3-4 hours, there was crackling/popping coming from the unit/or plug. I immediately called front desk, for a new desk clerk to say I don't think there is an issue. I told him I hoped it doesn't catch fire while I'm here and slammed the phone down. Horrible customer service at this location. Room was ok except hopin

I stayed at this location the night of Nov 11, 2025. Everything (price, cleanliness, ease of check in, etc.) was excellent. Fool that I am I left some clothes in my room... The staff, especially Mrs. Damaris, were incredibly helpful in navigating the process of recovering my things.

The hotel was recently (last year) renovated. The front desk receptionist was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean (the most important thing to me!!) and well laid out. It had everything you’d need - mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee. The TV is large. Lots of storage space. Two comfy chairs. The bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels and a place for everything. The breakfast area is small but well laid out.
