Best Western Executive Inn

Great hotel, and they have a great breakfast. Most hotel breakfasts are simply carbs and sugar, which is not healthy. This Best Western served scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns. All of it was very tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Even though we stayed at a non-smoking room, people were allowed to smoke right outside our room in the balcony; they were even smoking marijuana. The microwave oven in our room was missing the handle to open it; we mentioned this at the reception desk, and they said they were going to take care of it, but they never did. Internet was poor, it would drop several times. Breakfast was dismal: rubbery eggs that seemed to have been there for a while, hot water for tea was not hot, dry muffins, not many food options for breakfast. The receptionist had a very heavy middle Eastern accent that was very difficult to understand. There was mold in the bathroom in the room. The entire hotel seems to be in disrepair. I recently stayed at your property from November 22 through November 24, although my reservation was originally booked through November 25. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted courteously by the front desk staff and was checked into Room 209. At first glance, the room appeared clean; however, I noticed toilet paper stuffed into the front door’s peephole, which suggested that it may have been left by a previous guest and overlooked during housekeeping. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a persistent whining noise throughout my stay. On the morning of November 24, I experienced a family emergency. The people here are very nice. The rooms are exceptionally clean. and the Breakfast is so good.So if you're coming through Cairo and need a rest Best Western is the place to be.

Positive: We booked a suite but it was unavailable so we were given 2 rooms instead. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate us. The rooms were clean. Negative: I did not like being in a separate room than my kids. Especially since the hotel is exterior corridor. Connecting rooms may have been a better option. Housekeeping came in early the next morning. She apologized, was told we had left, but had not.
