Best Western Dodgeville Inn & Suites

I had a fantastic stay at this Best Western! From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around while still feeling relaxing and safe. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of fresh options, and the common areas were clean and inviting. Overall, this Best Western exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The lobby is especially inviting — beautifully decorated for the holidays with thoughtful details that make it feel cozy and cheerful rather than generic. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to sit down and relax for a bit. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. Karie at the front desk was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. She made check-in smooth and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. We stayed three nights at this hotel and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is located close to dining and shopping. We found it to be clean and quiet. Our room was serviced each day of our stay with the bed made and towels replaced. The breakfast room was decorated with the "Lodge Look". As a disabled veteran, I had requested easy access to a room. The management was able to provide a room with both inside and out side access to the handicapped parking spaces. We would stay here again if we travel to the area in the future.

We (four family members) attended a theatre performance 20 miles north of Dodgeville. We appreciated being able to check in at noon and get our key cards. We did not return until 11:00 that evening and were able to go right to our rooms. We were pleased with the room size (2 queen beds and a couch). The room and bathroom were clean, orderly, and the beds were great. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels. Very very clean and spacious rooms. Well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. Staff and management were absolutely wonderful during my stay. Went above and beyond my expectations and really made my stay even better. Beautiful pool area, great breakfast and even a little coffee, tea and juice bar.
