Best Western Crossroads Inn

Great place if you're working in the area. (Per Diem Peeps). This is an older property, but management has done a good job on cleanliness & upkeep. The staff is very courteous & quick to respond to any request. My room was clean & housekeeping was top notch. Plenty of hot water & close to everything. My only issue was some sporadic internet issues. But if you're looking for a reasonable clean room, I would recommend this BW. I will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint would be the breakfast, ice machine and only 2 sets of towels for 2 people. Breakfast: we were there for 2 days and they had the same choices both days. The biscuits and gravy the biscuits need to be cooked more that they stuck to the bottom of the serving holder. The eggs that where in the shape of circles had no flavor. The milk tastes like it sat out and was reused. They had it in a pitcher and in the fridge. The yogurt not sure what the date was on the one I had. The coffee was stale. The hot water needed to be reheated in the microwave when I went back to my room. Ice machine was out but they had ice available just needed to go to the front desk. Located off Route 41 / Route 30, in a quiet cul-de-sac hides this quaint place from main street traffic. Breakfasts had a variety to choose from, simple, yet yummy. We had a relaxing place to retreat to after visiting family. The room was clean and comfort exceeded my expectations. The pool was clean and attended daily. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the evening.

Positive: "" Negative: Yes. We awoke one morning to find a wet floor and walls and damp clothing and bedding. There was condensation on everything. Most likely the air conditioner was not working properly. We had to gather our stuff and wait over 2 hours for a new room

From the location to the rooms and staff, perfect!! We were skeptical about this Best Western but they proved us wrong. Breakfast was great! Hot coffee every day from 6 am til 9 am. Front desk were kind gracious and friendly! Housekeeping were efficient friendly and helpful. We loved it. We will be back soon!
