Best Western Casa Grande Inn

The rooms are big hot tub and pool was really cool to even have a sauna. Breakfast is simple and there are two options to eat at on the property. One is by the pool, kinda small. The other is above the lobby on second floor. Parking was tight as the hotel was at capacity. We actually stayed here with our wedding party. We stayed in the biggest suite they offered back then. It is be renovated now.

We spent one night here because we were visiting family in Arroyo grande. We were traveling with our adult son and needed a room that had more comfortable sleeping accommodations then just a sofa bed. We booked a one bedroom suite with a king bed and a queen bed, and I actually think it had a sofa sleeper as well. The room was extremely large and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and when I asked for an extra blanket, it arrived at my door within five minutes. We were very pleased with this stay.

Positive: Location Negative: Had to have magnet key rekey at least 1-2 times a day. Parking for handicap in awful place. Parking lot needs serious repair for both vehicles and wheelchair/ walker. Housekeeping and grounds maintenance personnel were great! Front desk only so/so

We arrived around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday in December and were immediately welcomed by a beautifully decorated Christmas lobby. Check‑in was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool area looked lovely, though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it because of the rainy weather. The breakfast area was smaller than expected for such a large hotel, but the food was good, and we still enjoyed our morning meal. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

I love this place and have stayed at least a dozen times on my way south or north in CA. It has a TON of character with the western Spanish and Cowboy feel. and was clearly really well constructed and themed with real western paintings, saddles, architecture and beautifully maintained grounds. Rooms are huge and well outfitted esp compared to all the corporate box hotels built in the last decade. Solid wood bathroom doors! Staff is lovely and the only downside is the kind of standard best western breakfast in a room too small for weekend traffic. Bonus is the Sat Cars and Coffee in the Ross parking lot on Sat morning 8-9am that you can walk to. Far enough that there is no noise intrusion.
