Best Western Capistrano Inn

Hadn’t stayed in a BW in ages. Alyssa at the front desk was a joy. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining room offered many seating options. The cheesy omelets were delicious. Parking is motel style and there were construction workers onsite so I did hear loud trucks arriving early in the morning. The pool looked peaceful and the rooms were well appointed and cozy. Plenty of toiletries and towels and the AC worked great! Wonderful location but you do have to make right and take a u-turn when leaving fitting to access the freeway. Overall a delightful surprise and a wonderful stay.

Firstly, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The lobby was pleasantly decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.||My room was clean, and well-appointed with some amenities. Although there was a lingering odor in the bathroom and hallway, and carpets need a deep cleaning. The property is dated but accommodating. Located right off of the 5 fwy and very private location. Overall worth the value.

Best Western in San Juan Capistrano is the definition of a place that quietly overdelivers while everyone else is asleep at the wheel. I paid under $100 on Expedia, which in this area is basically robbery—in my favor. Meanwhile Motel 6 nearby feels like a punishment for bad life decisions, and this place feels like a reward for having standards. Room was clean, sharp, and fully equipped like someone actually cared. Real fridge, real microwave, not those tiny decorative ones. Plenty of space to breathe, nice private balcony, and a beautiful view that reminds you you’re in San Juan Capistrano, not stuck behind a gas station somewhere. Positive: Room smelled cleaned and I had no issues finding parking close to my room. Location off the highway is very convenient and restaurants are 5min away. Negative: Bathroom could use renovation. The door lock did not seem very secure.

We stayed at the renovated rooms really nice and stander. Fridge,microwave were included. The hotel was nice clean the front service lady was excellent. Price was good to about 5-10minute drive to all the major spots.
