Best Western Byron Center

Demario (I might be slaughtering the spelling) works third shift at Byron Center and deserves a raise! His customer service was above and beyond! We asked him for good places to eat and he was very honest! Every time he seen us he was in a great mood and very easy to talk to. Third shift is never easy to work and never gets the recognition it deserves. Best Western Byron Center is lucky to have a great worker like him!

TERRIBLE! Your $$ is better spent anywhere else. Gave me the wrong room at check in. Employee had no clue about available rooms in hotel (as in what the layout was of them) and said I probably booked under the old description when it was under previous ownership. On check out I asked for a refund & employee said she would ask manager when they got in. Gave me $10 off what was a $250 bill. The difference in price between what I booked & what they put me in was $40. Someone was vacuuming the entire hallway at 9pm and the main amenity that we booked the hotel for (hot tub) was out of order. Will never be back & will never stay at another Best Western. Terrible. Bed was decent & there was hot running water at least. Sticking to IHG hotels from now on.

Nice hotel, nice staff, but the owner is a whole other story. We stopped by for a niece's birthday and went to the pool. The owner not only knocked on the door but proceeded to tell us we were squatters and we had too many people in a room. That this hotel doesn't typically do Birthday parties!? So just a business hotel??? It felt as if she hounded them all night. My family member even offered to purchase another room. We ended up letting the kids swim one more time and went home , didn't even feel comfortable staying.

The rooms are updated but the noise is terrible. You can hear al the commotion from others rooms, feels like they forgot insulation on the walls. It echos very much and some people don't respect about keeping the noise down.
