Best Western Americana

I've been going here pretty much since there opened avg every other month and rooms have always been super clean. The people / front desk have always been more than helpful and polite and the breakfast has always been really good clean and fresh. Beacon, sausage & eggs, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt very good. Amongst other items. More than enough to fill you up. Overall worth every penny.

We checked in late in the evening for one night. Plenty of parking. Receptionist was very friendly. We had a room on the first floor. It was quiet and modern. Comfort bed. soft towels. Lots for breakfast - scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, mini donuts etc. We would stay here again.

Positive: They need bigger place for the breakfast. Negative: The hotel en general is good.also I recommend the hotel to my sister my brother and my friend and they are so happy.

Excellent customer service. The staff was genuinely hospitable and went above and beyond to coordinate our multiple rooms and accommodate an early arrival on our end. Even while busy with check-outs and cleaning, they made us feel like a priority. They also graciously heated the hot tub for our kids—twice—which was sincerely appreciated. Thank you again for your professionalism and kindness during our stay!

Decent hotel. Close enough to the national parks for me. Plenty of food options nearby. Was it the best? No, but its literally a BW. I don't expect bells and whistles. The rooms need a bit of updating but there was nothing I was overly concermed about. The beds were comfortable (but pillows sucked), and the DirecTV was a bit obnoxious. Ours kept freezing but we figured it out. Breakfast is alright, def didn't write home about it. Consists mainly of yogurts, waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage links and breakfast tates.
