Best Interstate Inn

By far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Lazy incompetent staff that will make every excuse in the book to not do anything. The room smelled awful. I had to ask for towels multiple times. Evidently you have to be in the room for them to clean it. I am not going to sit in that dump all day and wait for someone to do their job. So, needless to say the staff didn't touch our room for the 3 days we were there. I will save up extra money and stay somewhere better next time. NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I could give this dump a negative rating. But since I have to give at least one star to post this review here it is.

If you value your health or your loved ones at all, never, I mean NEVER step foot in their hotel, not even the lobby. First off, there was only one employee in the lobby and he took his sweet 15-20 min to check us in. When we opened the door to our room the stench of smoked surrounded us. Then we were able to see the room in better detail. Our door didn't close all the way, the blankets had rips, the mattress had yellow and brown stains, the curtains wouldn't close, the carpet was even stained, an office chair that looked as if someone experimented with which substances would create the darkest stains, and that's not even all!!! We had to provide our own toilet paper, towels, tissues and soap. Please don't pay for a room at this dump.

The price was good... And that was the only good thing about it. Bad customer service on check-in. We had to buy blankets and pillows because we didn't trust theirs, as well as candles because the room smelled awful. Lastly, after the toilet started overflowing after it's first use, the maintenance man told us we just had to be careful how we use the handle when we flush the toilet. We had to go to the Taco Bell across the street to use the bathroom the 3 days we spent there. Unless you're broke and need a place to stay, I'd recommend anywhere else.

I paid for a room- went upstairs, it was absolutely disgusting!! The entire room was flighty beyond anything I've ever seen. The floors, furniture, bathtub, walls all dirty, it appeared it had never been clean. I then discovered that the sheets were also dirty, filled with hair, crumbs, bugs and holes. The room had a bothersome scent to it. I couldn't stay the night it was too awful. The office has signs that say no refund- so I didn't even bother dealing with it. I just had to get out of there. Pretty sure there are bed bugs there- beware, don't stay there!!

We had to clean are own room. When we ask to get clean towels we were told to take are own towels downstairs to the office. Was told didn't know when we would get them back. Woke up the next morning with are towels left on the floor outside are door
